Where I've been, where I am, where I'm planning to be...


This is quite a short blog and you'll see why as you read it;


I'm sure you've noticed that I haven't been around for a while – 13 months to be precise. It wasn't my intention to leave it so long and I would have preferred not to but to put it as an understatement, my life has been turned upside down, inside out and goodness knows what else - In early May last year, my husband was killed when his light aircraft crashed into the sea just off the Spanish coast. There are simply not the words to describe how life has changed since that day and I just haven't been in a place to write blogs, coach clients or even live Primally.


But... here I am, back from the brink and beginning to face a life that is different, not at all what was planned but still holding possibilities and new ideas. It's been a long journey and I know there's still a very long way to go but I feel ready to start moving forward into new life with new experiences and adventures.


I have decided to expand Primal Health and Harmony's scope; I'm still focused on Primal living and I will still be blogging about that but after the experience of the past year, I think there are other things to be added and blogged about. You know I've always taken a very broad view of 'living Primally' because it's definitely not just about diet and exercise – the 10 Primal Blueprint Laws show that – and I want to explore wider into other aspects of living, surviving grief, positivity, and making the most of every moment.


And before I go, I absolutely have to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has helped me over the passed 13 months – so many people have helped, supported, listened to me blubbing, picked me up, held me up and just been there for me – I can never thank you enough.


It's good to be back
